摘要
社会和科学技术飞速发展,机器人、加工中心机床的广泛应用扩展了柔性制造系统的柔性化、高效化。本文提出了一种新型模块化机械加工工件运移装置设计,以模块化运移单元为基础,通过对各模块单元的控制,可以实现按任意工艺需求对工件进行运送。该装置具有安装方便、承载能力强、定位准确、柔性大、可控性好等优点,适用于机加工行业生产线的使用。
With the rapid development of society,science and technology,the flexibility and efficiency of flexible manufacturing systems has been extended by the application of robots and machine tools.In the paper,a new design of modular movement device for workpiece machining is proposed.Based on the modularized moving unit,the workpiece can be transported according to any process requirement through controlling each module unit.The device has the advantages of convenient installation,strong bearing capacity,accurate positioning,great flexibility and good controllability,and is suitable for the use of production lines in machining industry.
