摘要
从工业化生产的角度研究了部分工艺参数对萃取效率的影响,结果表明对萃取效率影响因素的大小依次为乙醇浓度、萃取温度和萃取时间,对其进行适当组合优化,可以获取含量为70%以上的醇法大豆浓缩蛋白。
From the point of industrial production, the influencing factors of extraction efficiency were studied in this paper. It showed that the order of influential factors of extraction efficiency was as the following: ethanol concentration, extraction temperature and extraction time. By properly optimizing of the factors, soybean protein concentrate could reach more than 70%.
