摘要
通过酸解作业,使黑钨精矿中的钨钪得到有效分离。适宜的酸解条件为:黑钨精矿粒度-48μm、盐酸浓度9mol/L、酸解浸出时间5h,在上述酸浸条件下钪的浸出率达到95%以上。在萃取剂组成为12%P204+煤油(O/A=1/5)+4%仲辛醇,经过一级萃取,萃取时间5min,酸解液中钪的萃取率达到95%以上,且钪和铁能较为彻底地分离。通过逆流酸洗除铁可将富钪有机相中的钪进一步富集,用2.5mol/L氢氧化钠对富钪有机相进行一级反萃,相比O/A=5,反萃时间5min,钪反萃率为99.90%。
Scandium and tungsten in Sc-bearing black tungsten concentrate can be separated effectively by acid hydrolysis.Scandium leaching rate is 95% above under the optimum acidolysis conditions including particle size of concentrate of -48 μm, concentration of hydrochloric acid of 9 mol/L, and acidolysis time of 5 h.Scandium extraction rate from acidolysis solution with 12% P204 + kerosene (O/A=1/5)+ 4% octanol for 5 min is 95% above.Scandium in rich Sc organic phase can be further enriched after iron removing by reverse acid washing.Scandium stripping rate from Sc enriched organic phase by 2.5 mol/L NaOH is 99.90% under the conditions including O/A=5 and stripping time of 5 min.
