摘要
以碳酸锶为原料,采用常压煅烧法获得了氧化锶。考察了不同盛装材质的黏连情况、料层厚度对碳酸锶煅烧率的影响、马弗炉法和微波法两种不同设备煅烧下煅烧温度与煅烧程度的关系以及两种方法获得的氧化锶活性情况。结果表明,选用纯刚玉材质几乎不发生黏连,在马弗炉中1 250℃煅烧料层厚度5cm以下的碳酸锶时煅烧率可达100%,煅烧相等质量的碳酸锶,微波法所需时间更少、活性更高。
Strontium oxide was obtained by calcining of strontium carbonate at atmospheric pressure.Reaction capacity of different materials of sagger with strontium oxide in high temperature was investigated.Effect of thickness of strontium carbonate on calcining rate was studied.Relationship between calcining time and calcining temperature in two different equipment, and activity of strontium oxide obtained by calcinations in muffle furnace and assisted with microwave were investigated.The results show that pure corundum material does not react with strontium oxide.When the thickness of material layer is less than 5 cm, calcining rate is 100% in muffle furnace at 1 250 ℃.The microwave method for calcining strontium carbonate of the same mass requires less time and has higher activity of strontium oxide.
