大型反井钻机新技术在白鹤滩水电站溜渣井中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 传统的竖井溜渣井施工工艺存在较大的安全、质量、进度风险。白鹤滩水电站竖井数量多、高度深、断面大,且地应力高、地质条件复杂,溜渣井施工风险更为突出。研究采用大型反井钻机新技术一次成型竖井溜渣井,从本质上彻底消除了溜渣井施工安全风险,提高了施工效率和质量。此项新技术在水电工程中尚属首次应用,是对传统施工工艺的一次重要探索和突破,其效果可为同类工程提供借鉴。 Traditional construction technology of slag well of shaft has great risks on safety, quality and schedule. There are many high-depth, large-section shafts in Baihetan Hydropower Station, and because of high geo-stress and complicated geological conditions, the excavation risk of the slag wells of these shafts is more prominent. A new technology of large reverse well drilling machine is adopted to form the slag wells in an excavation process. The application of this new technology eliminates the safety risk of slag well excavation in essence, and improves construction efficiency and quality. It is the first application in hydropower project of this technology, and is an important exploration and breakthrough to traditional construction technology, which can provide reference for similar projects.
