A Preliminary Study on Community Building Strategy Based on Community Participation

社区营造是城市存量更新时期尤其重要和复杂的环节,该文从社会背景、国内外发展和研究现状等方面,基于国内制度和社会条件,就如何激发社区居民参与积极性,建立参与主体组织,以及形成社区营造机制和制定政策方面进行了构想;同时,尝试对社区营造过程中规划师、建筑师和艺术家的角色进行重新定位,以明确其责任和工作内容等。

Community building is a particularly important and complex link in the period of urban stock renewal. Starting with the social background, domestic and international development, and research status,this paper makes a preliminary study on how to initiate community residents in establishing subject organizations and to form community building mechanisms and policies formulation under the domestic system and social conditions. Meanwhile, this paper also tries to redefine the roles of planners, architects and artists so as to identify their responsibilities and work contents in the process of community building.
