重拾遗失的诗意——白沙古镇东海沱村落人居环境保护与发展实践

Regaining the Lost Poetry——Preservation and Development Practices of Living Environment in Donghaituo Village of Baisha Ancient Town

白沙古镇是国家级历史文化名镇,古镇核心区东海沱村落也是国家级传统村落,在选址、布局以及营建手法上都彰显着巴渝地区典型山、水古镇的智慧与魅力。随着经济的发展与交通方式的改变,古镇的发展与保护面临着诸多问题。该文通过对东海沱村落人居环境现状进行调研与分析,结合修缮、改造、新建等措施,从整体空间格局、视线通廊、街巷肌理、建筑风貌、景观节点等多个方面对东海沱村落规划建设做出引导构思,在保护原有空间格局与人文要素的前提下,发掘古镇环境要素价值,让古镇在现代化进程中焕发生机与活力。

Baisha ancient town is a national historical and cultural town, in the core area of which lies Donghaituo village, a national traditional village,whose location, layout and construction techniques display the wisdom and charm of the typical mountain-water ancient town in Chongqing. With the development of economy and the change of traffic mode,ancient towns are facing many problems in development and protection. Through the investigation and analysis on the current situation of the living environment of Donghaituo village, and combined with the renovation, renewal and construction measures, this paper gives thoughts on the planning and construction of Donghaituo village from the overall spatial pattern,the sight corridor, the street and lane texture, the architectural features, the landscape nodes, and other aspects, in hope of exploring the value of an ancient town’s environmental elements while preserving the original spatial pattern and human elements to endow the ancient town with vigor and vitality in the process of modernization.
