摘要 既有建筑增设外挂电梯根据建筑用途类型主要可以分为三种:既有多层住宅增设外挂电梯,常看到的老旧住宅加装电梯多属于此类,也是目前市场上最多的;另外为商业楼增设外挂电梯和私人用途的别墅增设外挂电梯。老旧住宅加装电梯,属于民生工程,各地政府都在积极推动。但目前老旧住宅加装电梯设计、施工仍处于起步阶段,考虑到房屋原结构的安全性,需要对增设电梯关键设计环节进行深入研究,该文以某老旧小区七层住宅增设电梯结构设计关键技术为例进行说明,以期为同类工程提供借鉴。 According to the types of building applications, there are three main types of external elevators added to existing buildings: external elevators added to multi-storey residential buildings, often seen in old residential buildings, and also the most in the current market;external elevators to commercial buildings and those to private villas. The installation of elevators in old houses is a livelihood project, and governments are actively promoting it. But at present, the design and construction of elevators adding to old residential buildings are still in the initial stage. Considering the safety of the original structure, it is necessary to study in depth the key design link of adding elevators. In this paper, the key design technology for adding elevator structure to a 7-storey residential building in an old residence is illustrated as an example.
