摘要
维生素对环境温度、湿度以及微量元素敏感,容易受到破坏。试验旨在研究包被处理后的微量元素对复合预混合饲料中维生素A的影响,同时考察温度、湿度对维生素A的影响。试验共设8组,2个对照组,6个试验组。将配制好的试验样均分为9份,3份置于常温环境,3份置于高温高湿环境,3份置于阴凉库房,每隔8 d检测所有样品中的维生素A含量。结果表明,温度对维生素的影响最大,高温环境中维生素的损失显著高于常温环境;包被处理有利于降低维生素A的损失,常温条件下第8天时3组效果最佳,相比7、8组分别降低6.10%,8.91%;第16天时6组损失率最低,较7、8组分别降低12.04%、7.36%;阴凉库中样品维生素的损失率显著低于高温高湿条件和常温条件,其中最高降幅达28.37%;高温条件下,样品水分含量的增加显著增加维生素A的损失率。试验结果表明,包被微量元素显著降低维生素A的损失率,温度和水分也是影响维生素A重要因素。
Vitamins are vulnerable to damage because they are sensitive to environmental temperature,humidity and trace elements.The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of coated trace elements on vitamin A in compound premix feed,and to investigate the effects of temperature and humidity on vitamin A.There were 8 groups,2 control groups and 6 test groups.The prepared test samples were all divided into 9 parts,3 parts were placed in normal temperature environment,3 parts were placed in high temperature and high humidity environment,and 3 parts were placed in a cool warehouse.The vitamin A content was detected every 8 days.The results showed that:Temperature had the greatest effect on vitamins,and the loss of vitamins in high temperature environment was significantly higher than that in normal temperature environment;Coating treatment was beneficial to reducing the loss of vitamin A.At normal temperature,the effect of group 3 was the best on the 8 th day,which was 6.10%and 8.91%lower than that of group 7 and 8,while the loss rate of group 6 was the lowest on the 16 th day,which was12.04%and 7.36%lower than that of group 7 and 8,respectively.The loss rate of vitamins in the cool and cool storage samples was significantly lower than that under high temperature,high humidity and normal temperature conditions,with the highest decreased of 28.37%.3.Under the condition of high temperature,the loss rate of vitamin A was significantly increased with the increase of water content in the sample.The test results fully confirmed that coated trace elements significantly reduced the loss rate of vitamin A,and temperature and moisture were also important factors affecting vitamin A.
