摘要
试验利用GB/T 15399-1994中氧化水解法和GB/T 18246-2000中的常规水解法两种前处理方法对饲料及饲料原料中含硫氨基酸进行测定。结果表明,氧化水解法稳定性好,回收率高,胱氨酸的回收率为96.4%,蛋氨酸的回收率为102.9%。
The test used the oxidative hydrolysis method of GB/T 15399-1994 and the conventional hydrolysis method of GB/T 18246-2000 to determine the sulfur-containing amino acids in feed and feed ingredients.The test results show that the oxidative hydrolysis method had good stability.The recovery rate was good,the recovery rate of cystine was 96.4%,and the recovery rate of methionine was 102.9%.
