摘要
碳纤维网格面板蜂窝夹层结构具有质量轻、比强度高、比刚度大等优点,在航天产品上得到了广泛的应用。由于碳纤维网格面板蜂窝夹层结构的特殊性,传统无损检测手段对其粘接质量检测效果不理想。本文采用锁相红外热波法对其粘接质量进行检测,模拟了3种类型的缺陷:网格面板碳纤维之间的脱粘、网格面板与蜂窝之间的脱粘、聚酰亚胺薄膜与网格面板之间的脱粘,并进行了检测。试验结果表明锁相红外热波法对上述3种类型的缺陷取得了良好的检测效果。
Honeycomb sandwich structure with a carbon fiber mesh panel has been widely used in aerospace products owing to its advantages of light weight,high specific strength,and high specific stiffness.Because of the particularity of the honeycomb sandwich structure of a carbon fiber mesh panel,traditional nondestructive testing methods are not ideal for its bonding quality.In this study,three kinds of defects are simulated by detecting the bonding quality using a phase-locked infrared thermal wave method:debonding between carbon fiber mesh panels,debonding between a grid panel and honeycomb,and debonding between a polyimide film and grid panel.The test was carried out.Experimental results show that the phase-locked infrared thermal wave method has a good effect on the detection of the above three types of defects.
