苍龟探穴针法改善肩关节周围炎患者肩功能的疗效研究

The effect of Canggui exploring acupuncture in improving shoulder function in patients with periarthritis of shoulder

目的 :探讨苍龟探穴针法在改善肩关节周围炎(简称肩周炎)患者肩功能中的应用价值。方法 :选取2015年10月至2016年12月收治的肩周炎患者100例,随机分为苍探组和常规组各50例。常规组给予常规针灸疗法治疗,苍探组给予苍龟探穴针法治疗,两组均为1次/d,隔天进行,5次为1个疗程,共3个疗程。采用Constant-Murley肩功能评分法(C-M)评估肩功能、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估疼痛程度,比较两组疗效、治疗前、治疗后10 d和30d的肩功能及疼痛程度。结果 :苍探组和常规组的治疗有效率分别为96.00%(48/50)和80.00%(40/50),组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。苍探组治疗后10 d和30 d的C-M得分明显高于常规组,而VAS得分明显低于后者(P <0.05)。结论 :苍龟探穴针法可有效缓解肩周炎患者的疼痛症状,促进患者肩关节功能恢复,有利于提高疗效,值得临床作进一步推广。

Objective: To explore the application of Canggui exploring acupuncture on improving shoulder function in patients with periarthritis of shoulder. Methods: From October 2015 to December 2016, 100 patients diagnosed as periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into a regular group and a Cangtan group with 50 cases each. The regular group was treated with routine acupuncture therapy, the Cangtan group treated with Canggui exploring acupuncture, both given once a day, 5 times as a course and continuous for 3 courses. The shoulder function and shoulder joint pain score were assessed by Constant-Murley Shoulder function scoring method(C-M) and visual analogue scale(VAS) respectively. The clinical efficacy, shoulder function and shoulder joint pain score were compared between two groups before and after treatment for 10 days and 30 days. Results:The clinical efficacy of Cangtan group was significant higher than that of the regular group(96.00% vs 80.00%, P<0.05). The C-M scores of Cangtan group after treatment for 10 days and 30 days were significant higher than those of the regular group,whereas the VAS scores of Cangtan group were significant lower than those of the regular group(P<0.05). Conclusions: Canggui exploring acupuncture can effectively alleviate the pain symptoms and improve the shoulder function of patients with periarthritis of shoulder, which is worthy of clinical application.
