经尿道电切术治疗前列腺增生的效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨经尿道电切术治疗前列腺增生的效果。方法 :收集2016年1月至2018年8月收治的前列腺增生患者40例,按照手术方案不同分为观察组和对照组各20例。观察组行经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,对照组行传统开放手术治疗。比较两组患者手术基本情况、入院和出院时国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)及排尿情况变化。结果 :观察组患者总手术时间、术中总出血量及术后住院时间均低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组患者出院时刺激症状评分、梗阻症状评分、IPSS总评分及残余尿量均低于对照组,而最大尿流率(Qmax)则高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 :经尿道电切术治疗前列腺增生疗效明确,较传统开放手术创伤小、恢复快,排尿功能影响小,预后更佳。 Objective: To investigate the effect of transurethral resection of prostate for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods: From January 2016 to August 2018, 40 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 20 cases each. The observation group was treated with transurethral resection of prostate(TURP), whereas the control group treated with traditional open surgery. The International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS), postvoid residual, and maximum urine flow rate(Qmax) at admission and discharge were compared between the two groups. The intraoperative and postoperative parameters including operative time, blood loss, postoperative bladder irrigation time, duration of postoperative catheterization and hospital stay were also analyzed. Results: The IPSS, postvoid residual, total operative time, intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay of the observation group were lower than those of the control group with significant difference(P<0.05). In the observation group, the Qmax was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Transurethral resection has a definite effect on benign prostatic hyperplasia with less trauma, faster recovery, less influence on urinary function and better prognosis than traditional open surgery.
