刺络放血联合雷公藤多甙片治疗血热证银屑病疗效 被引量:4

Therapeutic effect of blood-letting puncture combined with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets in the treatment of psoriasis of blood-heat syndrome

摘要 目的:探讨雷公藤联合刺络放血法治疗血热证银屑病疗效并观察对血清白细胞介素(IL)-4和干扰素(IFN)-γ的影响。方法 :选择2017年1月至12月就诊的血热证银屑病患者60例,分为研究组和对照组各30例。对照组给予雷公藤多甙片治疗,按体重每kg每日口服1 mg,3次/d,共4周。研究组在对照组基础上每周1次委中穴放血,共4周。观察治疗前后患者皮屑面积和严重指数(PASI)评分以及IFN-γ、IL-4水平变化。结果 :研究组的治疗总有效率为66.67%(20/30),高于对照组的(15/30,P<0.05),IL-4水平较治疗前升高(P=0.005),IFN-γ水平较治疗前明显降低(P=0.005)。结论 :雷公藤多甙片联合刺络放血疗法效果更佳,且可能促进雷公藤多甙的免疫调节功能。 Objective: To explore the effect of tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets combined with bloodletting puncture in the treatment of psoriasis with blood-heat syndrome and to observe the effects of serum interleukin(IL)-4 and interferon(IFN)-γ. Methods: Sixty patients with psoriasis of blood-heat syndrome from January to December 2017 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group with 30 cases each. The control group was treated with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets, 1 mg per kg of body weight per day, 3 times per day for 4 weeks. On the basis of the control group, the bloodletting was at weizhong point once a week for 4 weeks. The changes of psoriasis area and severity index score, IFN-γ and IL-4 levels were observed before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate in the study group was 66.67%(20/30),which was higher than that in the control group(15/30, P<0.05), IL-4 level was higher than that before treatment(P=0.005), and IFN-γ level was significantly lower than that before treatment(P=0.005). Conclusion: Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides tablets combined with blood-letting puncture is more effective, and may promote the immune regulation function of tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides.
