上海市某社区老年人群急性呼吸道感染及流感疫苗接种现况调查

Investigation of the status of acute respiratory infection and influenza vaccination in the elderly population in a community in Shanghai

目的 :了解上海东明社区老年人群急性呼吸道感染(ARTI)及流感疫苗接种现状。方法 :采用多阶段抽样的方法,随机抽取上海东明社区200名年龄60岁及以上老年人进行现况调查,其中男性76人,占38%,女性124人,占62%;年龄60～88岁,平均年龄为(69.0±6.8)岁。结果:上海东明社区老年人近3个月内ARTI发病率为18.0%(36/200),随着年龄增大ARTI发病率有升高趋势(P<0.05)。1年内有流感疫苗接种史的为3.5%(7/200),而未接种流感疫苗主要原因是不知道有流感疫苗(40.7%)。结论 :上海市浦东新区东明社区老年人ARTI发生情况较严重,在今后防病工作中应加强多部门合作,采取多元化的防病宣传模式,让社区老年人了解并接受最新的信息。

Objective: To understand the status of acute respiratory infection(ARI) and influenza vaccination in the elderly population in Dongming Community of Shanghai. Methods: A multi-stage sampling method was adopted to randomly select 200 elderly people aged 60 and above in Dongming Community, Shanghai for the status survey, among them, 76 were male, accounting for 38%, and 124 were female, accounting for 62%;the age ranged from 60 to 88 years old and the average age was(69.0±6.8) years old. Results: The incidence of ARI was18.0%(36/200) in the elderly in Dongming Community of Shanghai in recent three months, and the incidence of ARI increased with age(P<0.05). Within 1 year 3.5%(7/200) had a history of influenza vaccination, and the main reason for not being vaccinated against influenza was they did not know about influenza vaccine(40.7%). Conclusion:The occurrence of ARI among the elderly in Dongming Community of Pudong New District, Shanghai is severe,in the future disease prevention work, multi-department cooperation should be strengthened, and diversified disease prevention publicity mode should be adopted to let the elderly in the community know and accept the latest information.
