上海市0～3岁婴幼儿托育服务供给现状与社会政策研究

Current Situation and Social Policy Research of Nursery Service Supply for 0～3 Years Old Children in Shanghai

婴幼儿托育问题已经成为政府、社会、家庭和学界关心和讨论的热点问题,但相关研究失于笼统,专门针对0～3岁年龄段婴幼儿托育问题的研究并不多见,对于上海市托育服务供给现状与政策的分析同样较少。梳理上海市0～3岁婴幼儿托育服务的供给现状和存在不足,有助于从制度建设、组织资源、人才开拓、质量保障四个方面提出政策建议。

Child care service has become a hot issue concerned and discussed by the government, society, families and academia. However, the related research is too general. Specialized research on child care for 0-3 years old is relatively rare, and the analysis of the present situation and the supply of childcare services in Shanghai is similarly rare.On the basis of reviewing the current situation and shortcomings of the supply of 0-3 years old children care services in Shanghai, this paper puts forward policy suggestions from four aspects: system construction, organizational resources, talent development and quality assurance.
