颍州西湖土壤跳虫群落特征分析

On community characteristics of soil collembola in Yingzhou West Lake

本调查共获土壤跳虫标本1962只,分别隶属于7个科31属的52种。6个采样点的Simpson多样性指数差别比较大,而Margaleff丰富度指数差别比较小。Berger-parker优势度指数在6个采样点中均在0.1左右。布雷-柯蒂斯聚类分析显示6个采样点土壤跳虫群落之间的相似性较高,均超过了50%,S2样点和S4样点之间的相似性最大,S1样点与S3样点之间的相似性也较高。以上结果表明颍州西湖土壤跳虫种类和数量均较丰富,是一种重要的生物指示因子,群落结构处于正常状态,在某一个长期稳定的生态环境中,跳虫群落的变化与生态系统密切相关。

In order to characterize the ecological distribution of the soil collembolan communities in Yingzhou West Lake,the soil samples were investigated.In total,52 collembolan species,in which species were classified into 31 genera from 7 families,were identified.The Simpsons diversity index varied widely among 6 sampling sites.The Margaleff index lower varied among 6 sampling sites.The Berger-Parker dominance indexes is about 0.1 among 6 sampling sites.The Bray-Curtis cluster analysis showed that there were relatively high similarity which was more than 50%between 6 sampling sites.The similarity between S2 and S4 was highest and the similarity between S1 and S3 was higher.The results show that the soil collembolan species and number were abundant and the community structure was in normal state.In a long-term stable ecological environment,the changes of collembolan community were closely related to the ecosystem.
