摘要 针对实验室没有提供监控系统的不足,以STM32F103VET6为核心,基于嵌入式技术设计了监控器。基于LabVIEW在服务器端设计了监控程序。通过无线网络把监控器端的采样数据传输给服务器端的数据库保存,管理人员通过监控程序实时了解实验室的情况。实验环境下的测试表明监控器抗干扰性较好,能按照要求实时监控,性能稳定,满足控制需求,达到了预期目标。 In view of the lack of supporting monitoring system in Rockwell-HOTS laboratory of Tongling University,the monitor of Rockwell-HOTS laboratory is designed based on embedded technology,using STM32F103VET6 as the core.The monitoring program is designed on the server based on LabVIEW.Database on server save sampling data from monitor over wireless network and administrative personnel may promptly learn laboratory situation.The experimental results show that the monitor is reliable in operation and stable in performance,meets the monitoring requirements in laboratory environment and has reached the expected goal.
