The implementation of“three lines and one list”is an important means for the environmental protection department to strengthen the reform of the EIA system and prevent environmental problems from the source.This paper takes the industrial park planning EIA as an example,discusses the practical significance and specific application of“three lines and one list”,and has positive guiding significance for improving the planning environmental impact assessment.
