The national census of pollution sources is a major national situation investigation and is the basic work of environmental protection.The scope of the national pollution source survey mainly includes five major sectors:industrial pollution sources,agricultural pollution sources,domestic pollution sources,centralized treatment facilities,and mobile sources.The overall working ideas of this work are mainly divided into:preliminary preparation stage,inventory stage,household census stage,quality control stage,and summary stage.
