危险废物焚烧中污染防治的过程控制分析

Process control analysis of pollution prevention and control in hazardous waste incineration

随着社会经济及科技的飞速发展,人们的生活质量得到了提高,同时对于他们生活的环境质量,也有了更高的要求。目前,针对环境保护存在的重要问题,便是怎样能在不伤害人们以及生态环境的前提下,对危险废物进行绿色、无害的焚烧。通过相关调查和研究发现,对烟气进行的处理便是当下我国危险废物焚烧污染防治的一大关键,对于焚烧系统的相关机制,国家也必须将其进行完善和优化,同时对于危险废物焚烧中污染防治的过程,也要对其进行有效控制,以此实现烟气的达标排放,从而降低烟气对大气环境所造成的污染以及产生的破坏。本文分析了危险废物焚烧的工作流程,从制定危险废物的焚烧的方案、解决焚烧污染进行控制的相关对策等方面对危险废物焚烧中污染防治的过程控制进行了阐述,得出了只要将污染防治进行有效控制,便可使焚烧所产生的烟气得到科学、合理的处理,同时还可以最大限度的降低烟气中污染物质的浓度的结论。

With the rapid development of social economy and science and technology,people’s quality of life has been improved,and at the same time,there are higher requirements for the environmental quality of their lives.At present,the important problem facing environmental protection is how to carry out green and harmless burning of hazardous waste without harming people and the ecological environment.Through relevant investigations and researches,it is found that the treatment of flue gas is a key to the prevention and control of hazardous waste incineration in China.For the relevant mechanism of incineration system,the state must also improve and optimize it,and at the same time,in the process of hazardous waste incineration.The process of pollution prevention and control should also be effectively controlled to achieve the discharge of flue gas,thereby reducing the pollution and damage caused by the flue gas to the atmospheric environment.This paper analyzes the work process of hazardous waste incineration,and elaborates the process control of pollution prevention and control in hazardous waste incineration from the aspects of formulating the scheme of incineration of hazardous waste and the related countermeasures for controlling the incineration pollution.With effective control,the flue gas generated by incineration can be scientifically and reasonably treated,and the concentration of pollutants in the flue gas can be minimized.
