连续提取法对土地土壤重金属形态特征的研究

摘要 本文通过Tessier连续提取法对浦阳某土地南部和北部土壤样品中Cd、Ni和Pb3种元素重金属进行含量和形态分析,研究了土壤中重金属的生物有效性。结果表明:浦阳某土地样品中重金属总量Ni>Pb>Cd。重金属形态上,Cd、Ni主要以残渣态形式存在,Pb主要以铁锰氧化态形式存在;Cd、Ni的不可利用态含量高,所占比例在60.00%以上;Pb的有效态与潜在有效态之和占比在90.00%以上,具有一定的潜在风险,在该土地上种植农作物时要引起重视。 The content and morphology of heavy metals in Cd,Ni and Pb soil samples from the southern and northern soil samples of a land in Puyang were studied by Tessier continuous extraction method.The bioavailability of heavy metals in soil was studied.The results show that the total amount of heavy metals in a land sample in Puyang is Ni>Pb>Cd.In the form of heavy metals,Cd and Ni mainly exist in the form of residual state,and Pb mainly exists in the form of iron-manganese oxidation state.The unusable content of Cd and Ni is high,and the proportion is above 60.00%.The sum of the effective state and the potential effective state of Pb is above 90.00%,which has certain potential risks,and should be paid attention to when planting crops on the land.
