摘要
通过分析中韩沙尘暴站大气颗粒物监测仪(Grimm180)工作原理,仪器采样气路故障检测和处理,故障处理事例,分析了大气颗粒物监测仪采样气路、除湿气路堵塞原因,温湿传感器故障和监测仪数据无法下载,数据传输故障、数据偏大、数据偏小原因等,并根据故障内容,给出了检修方法,及时排除故障,确保仪器工作正常,上传及时率达到省局要求。
By analyzing the working principle of the atmospheric particulate matter monitor(Grimm180)of the China-Korea Sandstorm Station,the instrument sampling gas path fault detection and processing,and the fault handling cases,the atmospheric gas particle monitor sampling gas path,the dehumidification gas path blockage reason,the temperature and humidity sensor are analyzed.The fault and monitor data cannot be downloaded,the data transmission is faulty,the data is too large,and the data is too small.According to the fault content,the maintenance method is given,the fault is eliminated in time,the instrument works normally,and the uploading timely rate meets the requirements of the provincial bureau.
