海绵城市建设协同城市黑臭水体治理应用研究

Study on the application of sponge city construction and urban black odor water treatment

城市的兴起和发展与河流息息相关,随着社会经济及城市化进程的迅速发展,人口急剧增长,污染物排放量大幅增加,导致水环境恶化,形成黑臭水体。目前,海绵城市建设和城市黑臭水体治理是当前我国城市建设与水环境治理的重大战略举措,本文通过分析二者的理念内涵和技术体系,从初期雨水控制与净化技术、生态护岸隔离技术、雨水径流峰值消减等方面,探索二者协同共建的途径。

The rise and development of cities are closely related to rivers.With the rapid development of social economy and urbanization,the population has increased rapidly,and the discharge of pollutants has increased significantly,resulting in deterioration of the water environment and the formation of black and odorous water bodies.At present,the construction of sponge city and the treatment of urban black and odorous water are the major strategic measures for urban construction and water environment management in China.This paper analyzes the concept and technical system of the two,from the initial rainwater control and purification technology,ecological protection bank isolation technology,In terms of the peak reduction of storm water runoff,explore the ways of synergy between the two.
