一次性根管治疗术治疗第二乳磨牙急性牙髓炎的临床效果评价

Evaluation of clinical effect of one-time root canal treatment for acute pulpitis of mandibular second molar

目的探讨对第二乳磨牙急性牙髓炎患者实施一次性根管治疗术的临床效果。方法用"随机分组法"将我院于2016年4月～2018年4月期间收治的50例第二乳磨牙急性牙髓炎患者分为对照组和观察组。对照组进行分次根管治疗,观察组进行一次性根管治疗。对比并发症发生率。结果与对照组相比,观察组的总并发症发生率明显更低(P<0.05)。结论使用一次性根管治疗术对第二乳磨牙急性牙髓炎患者进行治疗的效果显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of one-time root canal treatment for acute pulpitis of mandibular second molar.Methods 50 cases of acute pulpitis of second deciduous molars admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were divided into control group and observation group by"random grouping"method.The control group received multiple root canal therapy,while the observation group received onetime root canal therapy.Compare the incidence of complications.Results compared with the control group,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was signifi cantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of disposable root canal treatment on acute pulpitis of second deciduous molars was signifi cant.
