引燃纸燃烧速度检测系统校准方法研究

摘要 本文对引燃纸和引燃纸燃烧速度检测系统的组成和工作原理进行了简单介绍,并对其时间间隔校准的难点进行了分析。研制了校准适配器和校准夹具,建立了校准装置。通过函数/任意波形发生器产生的连续可调的时间间隔信号,驱动2只晶体三极管先后饱和导通,使2只发光二极管先后发光来模拟引燃纸燃烧,从而实现对引燃纸燃烧速度检测系统的时间间隔和燃烧速度测量的校准。解决了现有技术不能精确设定要校准的时间间隔点,从而造成所校准的点不能覆盖整个量程范围的难题。同时,对校准装置的不确定度进行了分析评定。研究和实践表明,本校准装置简单可靠,方便实用,满足量值传递要求。 This article introduces simply the composition and the operational principle for the igniting paper and the burning velocity test system for igniting paper,and analyses the difficulty of the calibration. A calibration adapter and a fixture are manufactured,and a calibration installation is established. A continuous and adjustable time interval signal for Function/Arbitrary Waveform Generator to engender drives two crystal triodes to conduct early or late. The burning of the igniting paper is simulated by the light of two LED in order of priority. Thus the calibration of the time interval and the burning velocity for igniting paper is realized. The time interval point that will calibrate can not exactly be set for to solve prior art,thereby causes the point of calibrating can not cover the difficulty problem of whole range ability. At the same time,the uncertainty of calibration installation is evaluated. By research and practice,it shows that this calibration installation is simple,reliable,convenient and practical,and the requirement of dissemination of quantity is fulfilled with it.
