摘要
本文提出一种腔体滤波器设计方法,并用该方法实现一种S波段腔体滤波器,通过研究广义切比雪夫滤波器设计理论,根据滤波器指标提取耦合矩阵,用HFSS仿真软件对滤波器进行整体耦合参数仿真,使滤波器模型耦合矩阵和理论耦合矩阵对应,并对实际实现的S波段滤波器进行螺钉调谐,指标满足要求,验证了该滤波器设计方法的有效性。
A design method of cavity filter is proposed in this paper. And a S band cavity-filter is presented with this method. According to research of the general chebyshev filter design theory,as well as the design targets,the coupling matrix is proposed. The S band cavity-filter is simulated in HFSS,to attending the coupling parameter of filter model equals to the coupling matrix in theory. The filter’s targets can meet the requirement. And this proves the validity of this design method.
