摘要
针对某型号地空导弹发射筒内导轨安装精度的检测难题,提出了一种基于节距测量和基准转换的发射筒内导轨直线度、俯仰、偏航、滚转等指标的检测新方法,解决了小直径发射筒内长导轨安装精度无法直接检测安装精度的难题,保证了军用产品的可靠性。本文对导轨安装精度检测装置的整体方案、专用工装、检测方法、测试软件等进行深入研究,研制了一套地空发射筒内导轨安装精度的检测设备。
A new method for detecting the straightness,pitching and yawing,and roll angle of guide rails in the launch tube based on pitch measurement and benchmark conversion is proposed to solve the problem of the installation accuracy of the guide rails in a certain type of surface to air missile. It solves the problem that the installation accuracy of the long diameter of the small diameter barrel can not be directly tested,which ensures the reliability of the military product. In this paper,the installation method of the precision of the rail installation,the key tooling,the detection method and mesurement software are studied deeply. A detection system of the installation accuracy of the guide rail in the ground-air launch tube is developed.
