基于结构光技术的船舶液舱容量计量技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文针对船舶液舱容量计量的问题,设计了一套基于结构光的三维空间计量装置,并对装置的软硬件组成、关键技术进行介绍。开发了一种基于空间解析几何的线阵相机标定方法,只需将靶标在相机视野范围内移动两次,即可完成标定工作。然后根据图像的噪声类型对其进行邻域平均滤波和拉普拉斯锐化,完成结构光图像的预处理,并利用采集到的数据计算船舶液舱容量。最后,通过实验验证了结果的可靠性。该系统具有非接触、测量速度快、精度高、抗干扰能力较强等优点,实现了船舶舱容量计量领域的应用要求。 This paper aimed at the measurement of ship liquid tank capacity and proposed a three dimensional space measurement system based on structured light,the composition of hardware and software,key technologies of the system are introduced and analyzed in this paper. Developing a calibration method of linear array camera based on spatial analytic geometry. The calibration can be completed by moving the target within the camera view range twice. Then,according to the noise type of the image,the neighborhood average filtering and Laplace sharpening are carried out to complete the preprocessing of the structured light image,and the ship liquid tank capacity can be calculated by using the collected data.Finally,the reliability of the result is verified by experiment. This system has the advantage of non-contact,fast measurement speed,high accuracy and strong anti-interference ability,and has realized the application requirements in the field of ship liquid tank capacity measurement.
