高压氧对老年脑出血病人s-100β蛋白、神经元特异性烯醇化酶及炎症因子的影响 被引量:12

Effects of hyperbaric oxygen on levels of s-100β protein,neuron specific enolase and inflammatory factors in the elderly patients with intracerebral hemorrhage

摘要 目的探讨高压氧对老年脑出血病人s-100β蛋白(s-100β)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)及炎症因子的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年6月我院收治的老年脑出血病人300例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组150例。2组病人均采取血肿清除术,术后给予常规脱水、降颅内压、抗感染处理,观察组在上述治疗的基础上辅助应用高压氧治疗。比较2组的临床疗效及NSE、s-100β、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果观察组总有效率为90. 67%,显著高于对照组的80. 00%(P<0. 05)。治疗前,2组s-100β、NSE、TNF-α、CRP、IL-8水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);治疗后,2组s-100β、NSE、TNF-α、CRP、IL-8水平均明显降低,且观察组较对照组降低更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论老年脑出血病人术后辅助高压氧治疗可有效减轻神经损伤及炎性反应。 Objective To investigate the effects of hyperbaric oxygen on the levels of s-100 β protein (s-100 β), neuron specific enolase (NSE) and inflammatory factors in the elderly patients with intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 300 elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 150 cases in each goup. All patients in two groups received evacuation of hematoma, routine dehydration, reduing treatment of intracranial pressure and anti infection treatment after the operation. The observation group received hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of the above treatment. The clinical efficacy, the levels of NSE, s-100 β, tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-8 (IL-8) and C reactive protein (CRP) in two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.67%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.00%, P < 0.05). Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of s-100 β,NSE,TNF-α,CRP,IL-8 between two groups ( P > 0.05). After treatment, the levels of s-100 β,NSE,TNF-α,CRP,IL-8 in two groups were significantly decreased than those before the treatment, especially in the observation group( P < 0.05).Conclusions Postoperative hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage can effectively reduce nerve injury and inflammatory response.
