丹栀逍遥散联合复方樟柳碱注射液治疗老年青光眼病人视神经损害的疗效研究

Effect of Danxiaoyao San combined with compound anisodine injection on optic nerve damage in the elderly patients with glaucoma

目的探讨丹栀逍遥散联合复方樟柳碱注射液治疗老年青光眼病人视神经损害的疗效。方法选择自2017年1月至2018年3月在我院眼科接受治疗的老年青光眼病人94例,根据药物使用的不同分为单独复方樟柳碱注射液治疗组(常规组) 48例,丹栀逍遥散联合复方樟柳碱注射液治疗组(研究组) 46例。对比2组的临床疗效及治疗6个月后视力、眼压及视网膜神经纤维平均厚度的变化情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为93. 5%,明显高于常规组的81. 3%(P<0. 05)。2组治疗前视力、眼压及视网膜神经纤维平均厚度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。治疗后6个月,研究组视力明显高于治疗前,眼压显著低于治疗前(P<0. 05),2组间比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0. 05); 2组治疗后视网膜神经纤维平均厚度均低于治疗前(P<0. 05);研究组的视网膜神经纤维平均厚度高于常规组(P<0. 05)。结论丹栀逍遥散联合复方樟柳碱注射液治疗老年青光眼病人视神经损害的疗效显著,可改善青光眼病人的视力及眼压。

Objective To explore the efficacy of Danxiaoyao San combined with compound anisodine injection in the treatment of optic nerve damage in the elderly patients with glaucoma.Methods Ninty-four elderly glaucoma patients in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were divided into two groups, 48 patients were given compound anisodine injection group (regular group),and 46 patients were given Danxiaoyao San combined with compound anisodine injection group (study group). The clinical efficacy,the changes of visual acuity, intraocular pressure and the average thickness of retinal nerve fibers in two groups before and 6 months after treatment were observed and compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly higher than that of regular group(93.5% vs 81.3%, P < 0.05).There was no difference in visual acuity, intraocular pressure and the average thickness of retinal nerve fibers between the two groups before treatment( P > 0.05). Six months after the treatment,the visual acuity of the study group was significantly higher and the intraocular pressure was significantly lower than that before treatment ( P < 0.05),and there was statistical difference between two groups ( P < 0.05). The average thickness of retinal nerve fibers in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment ( P < 0.05),and especially in the conventional group ( P < 0.05).Conclusions Danxiaoyao San combined with compound anisodine injection is effective in treating optic nerve damage in the elderly patients with glaucoma, which can improve the vision and intraocular pressure of glaucoma patients.
