尿AD7C-NTP检测对轻度认知功能障碍诊断价值的Meta分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的系统评价尿液中阿尔茨海默病相关神经丝蛋白(AD7C-NTP)对轻度认知功能障碍(MCI的诊断价值。方法全面检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science数据库、Ovid全文电子期刊、中国知网全文数据(CNKI)、万方和维普数据库中有关尿AD7c-NTP对MCI诊断价值的文献,所有检索均截止至2017年8月,收集每项研究中MCI组与健康对照(HC)组尿AD7c-NTP水平数据,并用Stata 12. 0软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果 176项研究入选,最终纳入10项,共1306例次检测。其中MCI组642例,HC组664例。Meta分析显示:MCI组尿AD7C-NTP水平显著高于HC组,差异有统计学意义(SMD=1. 840,95%CI:1. 134~2. 547,Z=5. 10,P<0. 001)。结论尿AD7C-NTP水平检测在诊断MCI时有较高的灵敏度和可信度,但其实际临床应用价值仍需更多的大样本、多中心、前瞻性研究加以证实。 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of urinary Alzheimer-associated neuronal thread protein (AD7C-NTP) for mild cognitive impairment(MCI) by Meta-analysis.Methods PubMed, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, CNKI, Wanfang database, VIP and other major electronic databases were searched for the literatures about the diagnostic value of urinary AD7c-NTP for the MCI until August 2017.The value of urinary AD7c-NTP was collected and analyzed by Stata 12.0.Results A total of ten studies were included in the final statistical analysis, including 642 cases of MCI and 664 cases of healthy control. The baseline concentration of urine AD7C-NTP in MCI group was higher than that in healthy control group (SMD=1.840,95% CI : 1.134-2.547, Z = 5.10, P < 0.001).Conclusions Urine AD7C-NTP can be used as a simple diagnostic biomarker for MCI. But the utility of AD7C-NTP still needs to be tested by further multicenter clinical controlled trial.
