摘要
为了利用内地高校优质的教育资源培养少数民族高素质人才,自1989年开始,国家启动了内地高校支援新疆培养少数民族人才协作计划(简称"协作计划"),内地部分高校担负了培养少数民族人才的重任,也为新疆少数民族学生提供了到内地高校学习的机会。但是,内地高校新疆少数民族大学生存在文化适应方面的问题。鉴于此,对文化适应障碍进行归因分析,并在文化适用视角提出和谐校园的构建途径。
In order to utilize the high-quality educational resources of the universities in the mainland to cultivate high-quality talents of ethnic minorities, since 1989, the state has initiated the cooperation plan for mainland universities to support Xinjiang to train minority talents (referred to as the “collaborative plan”), and some universities in the mainland have taken on the responsibility of cultivating ethnic minority talents and also provide opportunities for Xinjiang minority students to study in mainland universities. However, Xinjiang minority college students encounter the problem of cultural adaptation. Therefore, this paper analyzes the reasons for cultural adaptation disorder and proposes the channels of building a harmonious campus from the perspective of cultural adaptation.
