通过对顶层设计理念基本内涵与主要特点的阐释,深入分析基于顶层设计理念的高校金融学专业人才教育现状。针对其中存在的具体问题,结合应用型高校的特点,分别从制定科学合理的人才教育目标、打造良好舒适的学习成长环境、构建金融学专业实践教学平台等方面,提出应用型高校金融学专业人才教育体系的构建策略,旨在能够完善人才教育方案、优化人才教育结构,加强人才教育体系与现实需求的紧密联系,从根本上保障金融学专业人才教育质量。

Based on the interpretation of the basic connotation and main features of the top-level design concept, this paper deeply analyzes the current situation of college finance professionals training based on the top-level design concept. Aiming at the specific problems existing in it, combined with the characteristics of applied universities, the paper puts forward the strategies of building a training system of application-oriented college finance majors from the aspects of formulating scientific and rational talent training objectives, creating a comfortable and comfortable learning growth environment, and constructing a practical teaching platform for finance majors. The aim is to improve the talent training program, optimize the talent training structure, strengthen the close relationship between the talent training system and the actual needs, and fundamentally guarantee the quality of financial professionals training.
