高校创新创业教育共同体的系统性价值在于共同体内部主体是作为自身持续发展的目的而存在的,并且都是作为对方实现发展目标的条件而存在。共同体内部成员相互间决不是被某种特殊的社会交往和物质所定义并相互隔离;共同体的发展是为实现人的全面自由发展和共同体的整体性发展。同时,高校创新创业教育共同体面临社会的复杂性和不确定性的挑战,单独的主体不能引发创新,独立主体的机械聚集也不能够必然导致创新,而是需要有机地聚合,也就是必须培育内部主体禀赋的多样性、提升内部主体认知的复杂性、增强内部主体协同的有效性、保持共同体的开放性,从而充分发挥高校创新创业教育共同体的系统性价值。

The systematic value of the community of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities lies in the fact that the main body of the community exists for the purpose of its own sustainable development and as the condition for the other party to achieve its development goals. The members of the community are not defined and separated from each other by some special social contacts and materials;the development of the community is to realize the all-round and free development of human beings and the overall development of the community. At the same time, the community of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities face the challenge of social complexity and uncertainty. The independent subject can not initiate innovation, and the mechanical aggregation of independent subject can not inevitably lead to innovation. Instead, it needs organic aggregation;that is to say, it must cultivate the diversity of internal subject endowment, promote the internal subject s cognition complexity, enhance the effectiveness of internal main body coordination, and maintain the openness of the community, so as to give full play to the systematic value of the innovation and entrepreneurship education community in colleges and universities.
