摘要 在21世纪,传统的注入式教学模式已经无法满足高速发展的知识经济的要求。鉴于此,阐述传统式教学的弊端,并引入"新工科"背景,通过重构教学体系,改变教学方式、教学环境、充分利用现代化教学资源,优化改革实践教学、完善考核制度等方式,来激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的创新能力、实践动手能力、观察能力、分析及解决问题的能力,从而提高教学质量,推动高等院校现代粮食工程学科建设。 In the 21st century, the traditional infusion teaching mode can no longer meet the rapid development of knowledge economy. Therefore, this paper expounds the drawbacks of traditional teaching and introduces the background of “new engineering”. By reconstructing teaching system, changing the teaching mode as well as teaching environment and fully utilize modern teaching resources, optimizing reform practice teaching, improving assessment system, etc., we can stimulate students' interest in learning, and cultivate students' innovation ability, practical ability, observation ability, analysis ability and problem solving ability so as to improve the quality of teaching and promote the construction of modern food engineering disciplines in colleges and universities.
