高职教务管理在高职院校各项工作中占据重要位置。结合高职教务管理工作的主要特点,通过分析当前高职教务管理工作现状,针对其中存在的问题,分别从构建科学的教务管理组织部门、增强教务管理人员的思想意识、构建完善的决策落实工作体系等方面,提出了有效的工作路径,旨在有效提高教务管理工作效率和质量,促进高职院校教育教学事业的可持续发展。

Educational management plays an important role in the work of higher vocational colleges. This paper combines the main characteristics of educational management in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the current status of educational management in higher vocational colleges, and based on the existing problems, an effective work path is proposed from aspects of scientific establishment of the educational management organization department, the improvement of the ideology of the administrative staff, and the formulation of a sound decision-making and implementation system, which aims to effectively improve the efficiency and quality of educational administration and promote the sustainable development of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges.
