电针与普通针刺对急性期肩周炎的临床疗效分析

Analysis on clinical effects of electroacupuncture and ordinary acupuncture in treating acute stage of periarthritis of shoulder

目的观察电针与普通针刺治疗急性期肩周炎临床疗效的差异,为针灸治疗急性期肩周炎提供最优的针刺方法。方法选取2017年5月至2018年5月该院收治的60例急性期肩周炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为普针组和电针组,每组30例。2组患者均给予主动康复训练,在此基础上普针组予以普通针刺,每次30min,每天1次,每周治疗5d;电针组予以电针治疗,波形为疏密波,频率为2～100Hz,每次30min,每天1次,每周治疗5d。治疗2周后评价2组患者治疗前后疼痛数字分级法评分、Constant-Murley肩关节评分及临床有效率的差异。结果普通针刺与电针治疗急性期肩周炎均可取得良好的临床疗效,但电针组患者治疗后疼痛数字分级法评分明显低于普针组,治疗后ConstantMurley肩关节评分、总有效率均明显高于普针组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针疗法治疗急性期肩周炎在改善疼痛程度、肩关节功能及临床总有效率方面均优于普通针刺治疗,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the difference of clinical efficacy between electroacupuncture and ordinary acupuncture in treating the acute stage of scapulohumeral periarthritis,so as to provide an optimal acupuncture treatment for treating acute stage of scapulohumeral periarthritis by acupuncture. Methods Sixty patients with the acute stage of scapulohumeral periarthritis in this hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the ordinary acupuncture group and electroacupuncture group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.Both the two groups received the active rehabilitation training,on this basis the ordinary acupuncture group was given the ordinary acupuncture therapy,30 min per time,once a day,five times a week;the electroacupuncture group received the electroacupuncture therapy,the waveform was the dilatational wave with a frequency of 2-100 Hz,30 min per time,once a day,five times a week.After the 2-week treatment,the differences of NRS score,Constant-Murley score and clinically effective rates between the two groups were evaluated. Results Both the ordinary acupuncture group and electroacupuncture group all achieved good clinical efficacy for treating scapulohumeral periarthritis. However ,the NRS score after treatment in the electroacupuncture group was significantly lower than that in the ordinary acupuncture group, while the Constant-Murley shoulder joint score and total effective rates in the electroacupuncture group were significant higher than those in the ordinary acupuncture group,and the differences were statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion The electroacupuncture therapy is superior to the ordinary acupuncture group in the aspects of improving the pain degree,shoulder joint function and clinically total effective rate for treating the acute stage of scapulohumeral periarthritis,and is worth popularizing in clinic.
