90后患者ICU住院体验与应对方式的质性研究

Qualitative study on hospitalization experience and copying style of post-90s patients in ICU

目的运用质性分析探讨90后患者重症监护病房(ICU)住院体验与应对方式,为制定临床护理依据提供参考。方法采用质性研究中现象学方法对湖北省十堰市、武汉市两地11例ICU住院患者进行半结构式深度访谈,收集资料并分析访谈资料。结果提炼出4个主题:躯体感知力及自控力缺失,渴望正向沟通与互动,空间环境不适感,建立未来生活信心。结论建立以患者为中心的研究思路与方法,了解90后患者ICU住院体验及应对方式,可为制定临床护理干预提供参考。

Objective To analyze and explore the hospitalization experience and coping style of post-90s patients in ICU by using the qualitative study to provide reference for formulating clinical nursing care. Methods The phenomenological method in the qualitative study was adopted to conduct the semi-structured depth interviews,collected the data and analyzed the interview data on 11 inpatients in ICU from Shiyan and Wuhan. Results The four subjects were extracted:loss of body perception and self-control,longing for positive communication and interaction,spatial environment discomfort and building confidence in the future of life. Conclusion Establishing the patient-centered study idea and method and understanding the hospitalization experience and coping style of post-90s patients in ICU can provide reference for formulating clinical nursing intervention.
