2016年重庆市丰都县恶性肿瘤疾病负担研究

Study on disease burden of malignant tumors in Fengdu County of Chongqing Municipality during 2016

目的分析丰都县恶性肿瘤的疾病负担,为开展恶性肿瘤防治及制定相关政策提供依据。方法采用SPSS19.0统计软件分析2016年重庆市丰都县恶性肿瘤发病及死亡数据,统计分析发病率、死亡率、标化发病率与死亡率、伤残调整生命年(DALYs)、早死所致的寿命损失年(YLLs)、残疾所致寿命损失年(YLDs)等指标。结果 2016年丰都县共计报告新发恶性肿瘤1 395例,发病率为222.99/10万,标化发病率为162.16/10万,男性发病率(258.66/10万)高于女性(186.88/10万),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.02,P=0.014)。报告恶性肿瘤死亡病例1 069例,报告死亡率与标化死亡率分别为170.88/10万、99.74/10万,男性死亡率(219.89/10万)高于女性(121.26/10万),差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.44,P=0.002)。2016年丰都县恶性肿瘤YLLs、YLDs、DALYs分别为40.49、2.10、42.59年/千人,YLLs、YLDs和DALYs均是男性高于女性。结论丰都县恶性肿瘤发病率及死亡率均较低,但疾病负担重,尤其是YLLs高,应加强恶性肿瘤的预防和早诊早治工作。

Objective To analyze the disease burden of malignant tumors in Fengdu County to provide the evidence for carrying out the prevention and control of malignant tumors and formulating the related policy. Methods The data of malignant tumor onset and death in Fengdu County during 2016 were analyzed by adopting the SPSS19.0 statistical software,including the indicators of incidence,mortality,age specific standardization incidence rate(ASICR) and mortality rate(ASMCR),disability adjusted life years (DALYs),years of life lost with premature death (YLLs) and years lived with disability (YLDs). Results A total of 1 395 cases of malignant tumors were reported in Fengdu County during 2016.The incidence rate was 222.99/100 000 and ASIRC was 162.16/100 000.The incidence rate of males was 258.66/100 000,which was higher than 186.88/100 000 of females,and the difference was statistically significant (χ 2=6.02, P =0.014).A total of 1 069 death cases of malignant tumors were reported.The mortality rate and ASWRC were 170.88/100 000 and 99.74/100 000 respectively.The mortality rate of males was higher than that of females,and the difference was statistically significant(219.89/100 000 vs .121.26/100 000,χ 2=9.44, P =0.002).In 2016,YLLs,YLDs and DALYs of malignant tumors in Fengdu County were 40.49,2.10,42.59 years per thousand persons respectively.YLLs,YLDs and DALYs of males were higher than those of females. Conclusion The incidence rate and mortality rate of malignant tumors in Fengdu County are lower.However,the disease burden is heavy,especially high YLLs.The prevention,early diagnosis and early treatment of malignant tumors should be strengthened.
