脓毒症生物标志物研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 脓毒症是因感染而引起宿主反应失调,进而导致危及生命的器官功能障碍[1]。脓毒症及脓毒症休克是危重症领域的难题,具有高发病率和高病死率,给临床诊治带来极大困难。据文献报道,全球每年由感染进而发展为脓毒症患者有数百万例,病死率为 22%~ 55%[2-4]。但在有全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)表现的危重患者中难以鉴别脓毒症和非感染性SIRS,其治疗和预后是截然不同的。脓毒症的诊断延误已成为患者死亡的主要原因。
