摘要
以UV326和不同结构的SBS改性沥青为研究对象,通过熔融共混的方法制备了UV326/SBS改性沥青,采用物理性能和流变学指标评价了UV326对不同结构SBS改性沥青物理、流变和老化性能的影响,探讨了UV326/SBS改性沥青对于SBS结构的依赖性。结果表明:SBS的结构是影响UV326/SBS改性沥青物理流变性能的主导因素;UV326的加入显著改善了线形SBS改性沥青的耐光氧老化性能,而使得星形SBS改性沥青的耐光氧老化性能有所劣化。在UV326/SBS改性沥青的光氧老化过程中,UV326对SBS改性沥青的耐光氧老化性能起到主导作用。
UV326/SBS modified asphalt was prepared by melt blending with UV326 and SBS modified asphalt with different structures.The influences of UV326 on physical,rheological and aging properties of SBS modified asphalt with different structures were evaluated through physical properties and rheological indexes.The dependence of UV326/SBS modified asphalt on SBS structure was analyzed.The results showed that the structure of UV326 was the dominant factor affecting the physical and rheological properties of UV326/SBS modified asphalt.The addition of UV326 significantly improved the photo-oxidative aging resistance of linear SBS modified asphalt,and reduced the photo-oxidative aging resistance of radial SBS modified asphalt.In the photo-oxidative aging process of UV326/SBS modified asphalt,UV326 plays a leading role in the photo-oxidative aging resistance of SBS modified asphalt.
