摘要
城镇化是一种复杂的地理时空演变过程,如何利用地理过程机制分析未来城市增长情景是实施科学空间规划的基础。针对复杂地理过程分析,我们在国际上较早提出了地理模拟优化系统( Geographical Simulation andOptimization Systems,GeoSOS)理论并构建了相应的技术解决方案。目前,统筹谋划城市、农业和生态三类空间并协调好城市开发边界与永久基本农田和生态保护红线的空间关系,是自然资源监管的核心工作内容之一。城市群作为今后我国城镇化推进过程中一种高级空间组织形式,研究和探索城市群开发边界的识别更是一项重要的规划科学命题。本文以长株潭城市群为例,阐述了GeoSOS 理论及其模型方法在城市群开发边界识别中的应用效果。研究表明,GeoSOS 是认知地理过程机制的有效理论和工具,可以为城市群开发边界识别提供重要的技术实现途径。然而针对复杂人地关系调控,今后GeoSOS 还需进一步改善,发展多尺度协同与多主题融合的精细化模型。
Urbanization is a complex geographical spatio-temporal evolution process,and how to use the mechanism of this geographical process to analyze the urban growth scenarios is the basis for the implementation of scientific spatial planning.Based on this,we first introduced the theory of Geographical Simulation and Optimization System (GeoSOS) in the world and proposed a series of technical solutions for urban evolution analysis.At present,it is one of the core tasks of natural resource supervision to plan urban,agricultural,and environmental spaces in a balanced way and to coordinate the relationship between urban development boundaries and permanent basic farmlands as well as ecological protection red lines.In China,urban agglomeration will be promoted as a predominant spatial organization form in the future urbanization process,so the delineation of urban development boundaries is particularly significant to the formulation of scientific spatial planning.Taking Changsha-Zhuzhou- Xiangtan urban agglomeration as an example,this paper elaborates on the GeoSOS theory and the application of GeoSOS model in the delineation of urban development boundary.Research results indicate that GeoSOS is an effective theory and tool to analyze complex geographical process mechanisms,which can provide important technical path to the delineation of urban development boundaries.However,in view of the complicated human-land relationship control,it is urgent to further improve GeoSOS from the perspectives of multi-scale coordination and multi-theme integration.
