铜胁迫对葡萄根系活性氧和抗氧化酶活性的影响 被引量:4

Effects of copper stress on reactive oxygen species and antioxidant enzyme activities in grapevine roots

摘要 以‘玫瑰香’‘泽香’葡萄为试材,分别使用不同浓度的CuSO4·5H2O处理当年生扦插苗,研究不同浓度铜处理(0.5~2mmol/L)对葡萄根系活性氧和抗氧化酶活性的影响,检测铜离子毒害模式。结果表明:随着铜浓度的增加,葡萄根系活力呈显著下降趋势,而电导率和丙二醛含量呈显著上升趋势,说明试验设置的铜浓度对葡萄根系产生伤害;根系中超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性以及活性氧和过氧化氢均呈“先高后低”的趋势,表明这几种抗氧化物对铜处理的响应存在差异性。两个品种对铜胁迫的反应呈现了基本一致的规律,但‘泽香’抗氧化酶活性和丙二醛含量对铜胁迫的响应比‘玫瑰香’更敏感。 Taking the one-year cutting-seedlings of two grape cultivars(‘Muscat Hamburg' and ‘Zexiang') as test materials, then reactive oxygen species and antioxidant enzyme activity were measured under effects of different copper concentration with 1/2 Hoagland nutrient solution. Results showed that within the scope of 0-2 mmol/L copper stress, root activity declined significantly;however, relative electric conductivity and MDA contents increased significantly, indicating all copper treatments caused damage to roots. ROS, H2O2, SOD, POD and CAT presented a tendency to rise first and then decline, indicating their copper stress responses were difference. The two grape cultivars presented basic consistent, but ‘Zexiang' antioxidant enzyme activity and MDA contents under copper stress response more sensitive than ‘Muscat Hamburg'.
