摘要 建立了水果、蔬菜中阿维菌素残留QuEChERS提取净化方法,采用超高压液相-串联质谱仪(UPLCMS/MS,ESI源)检测其残留浓度。以4种蔬菜、2种水果为例,乙腈提取其中的阿维菌素,经优化比例后的PSA、GCB和C18的混合物净化后,氮吹浓缩,甲醇定容后经超高压液相-串联质谱仪测定,添加回收率均在70%~100%,RSD在8%以下,符合农药残留要求。该方法灵敏可靠,具有操作简便、重现性好等特点。 In this study,a QuEChERS method for the extraction and purification of abamectin residue in fruits and vegetables was established,and the detection method was determined by UPLC-MS /MS,ESI source.Four kinds of vegetables and two kinds of fruits were extracted with acetonitrile,and the mixture of PSA,GCB and C18 was purified with optimized proportion.After nitrogen blowing,concentration and methanol volume were determined by ultrahigh pressure liquid-tandem mass spectrometer. The addition recovery was 70%,100%,and the RSD was below 8%, meeting the requirements of pesticide residue.The method is sensitive and reliable,simple and reproducible.
