With the continuous advancement of urban construction, the treatment of garbage in cities has become a major component of urban management and urban public services. The digitalization of domestic garbage disposal driven by digital technology has become the main content of urban garbage disposal at this stage, which can improve the treatment effect of domestic garbage. Taking Shenzhen, China as an example, since Shenzhen first introduced the country’s first incineration treatment facility in 1988, the construction of waste treatment facilities has been increasing, and the treatment facilities are characterized by a large number and wide distribution, with new treatment facilities. Continued landing, heavy regulatory responsibility, and increasing regulatory difficulty. However, at present, the situation of garbage disposal in Shenzhen is relatively serious and shows diversified conditions. It presents problems such as unbalanced management level, irregular market management behavior, and opaque operational data. In such a complicated external environment, relevant competent authorities should build We will improve the management system and improve the management capacity to realize the modernization, intelligence and digitization of the garbage disposal supervision system.
