摘要
实现以人民为中心的整体性发展是精准扶贫的政治伦理主线。围绕这一主线的为民谋利的价值导向、为民圆梦的美好期盼和以人为本的主体精神构成其政治伦理系统的意蕴元素。三者在总体上实现了对传统的功利论政治伦理和道义论政治伦理的融合性超越。
Achieving people-centered overall development is the theme of political ethics for targeted poverty alleviation.Centering on this principle are the value orientation of serving the people,the nice expectation of fulfilling people's dreams and the human-oriented principal spirit.These three essential elements of the political ethics constitute an integration and transcend traditional political ethics based on utilitarian and deontology theories.
