西北农村贫困代际传递现状及对策研究——基于甘肃深度贫困村的调查

Current Situation and Countermeasure of Intergenerational Transmission of Poverty in Northwest Rural Areas: Studies at Deep Poverty Villages in Gansu Province

贫困代际传递是许多贫困家庭在一定的生活环境下与生存状态相互作用的结果,也是导致一些家庭长期贫困的根本原因。贫困家庭的收入、教育、文化、社会资源、教育投入、健康状况和家庭结构是导致贫困在代际间延续的主要因素。对贫困家庭进行有效教育干预、提升贫困家庭应对风险的能力、改善贫困家庭妇女生存发展条件、解决贫困人口就近就业和开展精神扶贫等是缓解或阻断贫困代际传递的有效措施。

Intergenerational transmission of poverty is the result of the interaction between the environment and conditions of poor families,and it is also the fundamental reason for the long-term poverty of some families.The income,education,culture,social resources,investment in education,health status and family structure of poor families are the main factors leading to the continuation of poverty among generations.Effective educational intervention for poor families,enhancing their ability to cope with risks,improving the living and development conditions of women in poor families,solving the problem of close employment of poor people and carrying out spiritual poverty alleviation are effective measures to alleviate or intergenerational transmission of poverty.
