研讨坚固内固定技术在口腔颌面外科的临床实践

To discuss the clinical practice of rigid internal fixation in oral and maxillofacial surgery

目的研究坚固内固定技术应用于口腔颌面外科治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院54例患者作为研究对象,根据颌间固定方式不同将其定义为两组,创新组患者接受坚固内固定技术,普通组患者接受常规颌间固定技术进行治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果创新组患者临床治疗总有效率为96.30%(26/27),高于普通组患者88.89%(24/27),组间统计学差异显著(P<0.05)。结论坚固内固定技术用于治疗口腔颌骨骨折患者临床疗效较好,建立推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of rigid internal fi xation in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Methods 54 patients in our hospital were selected as the research object,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the innovative group was 96.30%(26/27),higher than that in the ordinary group (88.89%(24/27).There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The rigid internal fi xation technique has a good clinical effect in the treatment of oral and jaw fracture,and it should be established and popularized.
