GBR技术应用于上前牙种植骨缺损的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的对上前牙种植骨缺损患者应用GBR技术,并分析其应用效果。方法选取到我院治疗的68例上前牙种植骨缺损患者,所有患者均应用GBR技术治疗,分析唇侧骨板厚度、骨厚度、骨吸收等指标。结果本组68例患者共植入种植体91枚,种植体保存率95.60%;术后6个月锥体束CT检查结果显示牙槽骨唇腭向骨板厚度明显增加;应用GBR技术6个月后,唇侧骨板厚度平均(1.72±0.40)mm,符合种植体唇侧骨板的相关要求;种植体边缘骨吸收量平均(0.18±0.08)mm,大于0.2 mm共11枚种植体,其中1枚出现螺纹暴露。结论对上前牙种植骨缺损应用GBR技术效果稳定,可达到安全、预期的骨增量效果。
